No. A Care program is a branded protection plan offered by your store. Nock handles the underwriting and claims behind the scenes, but your customers see your brand — not an insurance company.
What does it cost?
Nothing to start. There are no setup fees, no monthly fees, and no risk. You earn commission on every active protection plan. We only make money when you do.
How does the integration work?
We provide a lightweight widget that integrates directly into your checkout flow. Setup takes under 30 minutes for most platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento.
Who handles claims?
We do. When a customer files a claim, Nock manages the entire process — assessment, communication, and resolution. Your team doesn't lift a finger.
What platforms do you support?
